Appartement à louer, 38m², Montreuil

Description

Between Bois de Vincennes, the castle, and Parc Floral, the residence is practically a country escape. Comfortable and practical, this aparthotel has 70 furnished, fully-equipped apartments to choose from. Families will appreciate the two comfortable rooms, with their leisure space, living area, and fully-equipped kitchen (electric hobs, fridge, microwave, and sink). As for professional travellers, they will enjoy the dedicated working space thanks to the office corner. Like a hotel, breakfast is available (for an extra fee), as well as a weekly cleaning service. At the east of Paris, the residence is a stone's throw from Porte de Vincennes. It's the perfect location to enjoy some fresh air, and a few minutes away from the excitement of the capital. It's close to the metro, so you can easily get to the Place de la Nation, and the 20th district. If you have enough time, venture into the charming Bois de Vincennes to see its century-old trees, its castle, and its lake. But especially its walkers and runners, who reflect what daily life in Montreuil is like. The unmissable Parc Zoologique de Paris will probably be the second stop during your walk. And to finish on a high note, jump on to the metro, and you're already at the Théatre du Châtelet, the beating heart of Paris.
