Maison à vendre, 4m², Saint-Jean-de-Barrou

Description

In the heart of the Corbières region, in the charming village of Saint-Jean-de-Barrou, discover this large village house currently being restored, along with a small stone barn to renovate. A real asset: a large private courtyard of approximately 150 sqm. All structural work has been completed: partitions have been removed to create four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, water and electricity connections have been installed, new custom-made double-glazed wooden windows have been fitted, a new roof has been installed, and under-roof insulation has been added. The ground floor now comprises a large living room and a spacious living area (which connects to the barn). The first and second floors each offer a large landing and two bedrooms, each with the potential to accommodate an en-suite bathroom (four large bedrooms in total). A huge barn (320 sqm spread over two levels) and a small stone house (requiring complete renovation) complete the property. Imagine the rest and create the home of your dreams, tailored to your taste.
