Description

Elegant Estate With Extensive Outbuildings On 20 Hectares A delightful, exceptional Gascon estate set in secluded grounds of nearly 20 hectares with substantial outbuildings and pigeonnier. The house itself has been comprehensively restored, re-wired, re-plumbed, redecorated and is very well presented throughout. It offers a wealth of period features such as beautiful old fireplaces, decorative timber floors, beamed ceilings. The outbuildings set to the east of the house form a U-shape with a perfect symmetry around the pigeonnier in the middle. These can serve to store the agricultural equipment, animals, cars or just for other hobbies. The middle part could be a lovely guest accommodation with the pigeonnier as a feature! The land is partly arable, pasture and a large piece of woodland is the cherry on the cake! A lot of history here, pleasant views and all in easy reach of Toulouse airport (less than 1hr!). Come and experience it yourself!
